Research is focused on the processes involved in plastic recycling:

• Shredding of waste.
• Drying or moisture removal.
• Extrusion and filaments of the new polymer.

Besides, other key aspects will be studied, such as the possible number of recycling cycles of the material or the verification and validation of the material, by means of different tests and trials, both in laboratory environments and in environments that simulate real operating conditions.
