This issue reviews the <strong>fourth project meeting, held in Turku<\/strong>, Finland, where partners made progress in the development of green skills and micro-credentials. <strong>The meeting, organised by the Pyh\u00e4j\u00e4rvi Institute, also featured valuable contributions from WinNova and<\/strong> <strong>HKFoods Oyj<\/strong>, who shared their experience on the feasibility and practical acceptance of micro-credentials in industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This edition presents two key documents resulting from the consortium&#8217;s work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>\u201cSoluciones de microcredenciales para impulsar la adecuaci\u00f3n de las competencias ecol\u00f3gicas para la industria\u201d<\/strong>, result of the initial research phase of the project. This report identifies the skills and knowledge required in the four sectors involved and establishes the basis for designing micro-credentials that respond to emerging needs and support the green transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>\u201cCreaci\u00f3n conjunta de una metodolog\u00eda para la pol\u00edtica de microcredenciales\u201d<\/strong>, A practical guide aimed at stakeholders in the education and business ecosystem.
