The latest PENELOPE project newsletter is presented, coinciding with the official conclusion of three years of joint work at European level. On 30 October 2025, the project held its final conference online, a dynamic meeting that brought together around fifty partners, representatives of SMEs, business organisations and policy makers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the closing event, participants highlighted the decisive role of clusters as drivers of gender equality and inclusive innovation in European SMEs. Throughout the project, PENELOPE has demonstrated that equality is not only a social objective, but also a key factor in improving business competitiveness and resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The final newsletter summarises the main results achieved, including the development of practical tools such as a methodological guide, a training manual, audiovisual resources and an open-access e-learning platform. Although the project has come to an end, its materials remain available to support clusters and companies in building more inclusive and innovative business environments across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
