During the 16th and 17th of January 2025, AMUEBLA participated in the third transnational meeting of the MASTERY project. This meeting brought together the project partners with the aim of further advancing its mission to improve micro-credentialing systems across Europe, especially in key green competences for strategic sectors.
The first day was marked by the presentation of the latest progress of the working groups, where relevant updates in each area of development were shared. In addition, several thematic workshops were held to facilitate discussion on key aspects of the project. The CLEANTECH team analysed the potential impact pathways of the MASTERY policy methodology, while ACR+ and CETEM collaborated to define effective stakeholder engagement strategies. SFC provided valuable insights on the preparation and implementation of the pilot projects.
The second day was dedicated to learning good practices, enriched by the participation of microcredentialing experts. Eszter Salamon (ESHA) shared lessons learned from the MicroVET project; Martina Darmanin (KIC Malta) presented the results of the MicrocredX pilot project; Esther Rodríguez (Fundación Laboral de la Construcción) presented the achievements of the Construye 2030 initiative; and Alessandra Pedone (INAPP) delved into Italy’s micro-credentialing framework within Continuing Vocational Training.
These interventions guided the strategic discussions on the application of knowledge to the development of MASTERY. This project aims to create courses and certifications for 12 green competences in micro-credentials, oriented to meet the growing demand for upgrading and re-qualification of professionals in the agri-food, construction, wood/furniture and manufacturing sectors.
AMUEBLA consolidates its commitment to innovation and the development of training solutions that contribute to the sustainability and competitiveness of European companies.
