The fifth edition of the European PENELOPE project newsletter is now available, this time focusing on a key tool for advancing gender equality in business: the PENELOPE E-Learning Platform.
This platform is presented as a practical solution adapted to the current context, enabling clusters and small and medium-sized enterprises to integrate the gender perspective into their structures, processes and daily activities. Its value lies in offering accessible, innovative and useful content to break down stereotypes, promote a more equitable work culture and ensure equal opportunities in all sectors.
The tool is built around three main objectives: to raise awareness of the importance of gender mainstreaming in organisations; to facilitate capacity building through dynamic and accessible online training; and to promote the practical application of this knowledge through resources, tools and real cases from across Europe.
