AMUEBLA, in its constant commitment to innovation and sustainability, joins the European project PENELOPE, a pioneering initiative that seeks to integrate gender equality strategies in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe. This project is aligned with the fundamental values of the European Union, which recognises gender equality as an essential pillar for economic, social and sustainable development.

PENELOPE, through its cluster-based approach, works to build inclusive cultures in European SMEs by fostering online cooperation and blended learning between industrial clusters and companies from France, Spain, Austria and Romania. This consortium is made up of experts with a strong track record in implementing gender equality strategies, ensuring a significant impact on the participating sectors.
