Expected outcomes
- To develop new learning approaches and teaching strategies aimed at gender leadership education, defining a learning pathway on leadership in Europe specifically for women working in tradicional sectors.
- To develop a course by which women acquire basic and cross-cutting skills to reach executive roles in their industries.
- To solve gender inequalities in European society: the under-representation of women on boards and in executive roles in tradicional sectors, mainly the furniture, textile and footwear industries.
- Through the skills and competences developed by this project, women working in such industries, who already have a deep knowledge of them, can improve their skills and reach executive roles, thus promoting gender equality and the progress of women in Europe.
