The PENELOPE project has published its fourth newsletter, focusing on the cluster approach to integrate gender strategies in European SMEs.
Last October, project partners gathered in Bucharest for the third meeting, hosted by INCDTP (National Institute for Research and Development in Textile and Leather of Romania). During two days, they reviewed the progress achieved and planned the next steps towards gender mainstreaming in small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting inclusive practices and equitable environments.
The main objectives of the project include:
- Develop guidelines for gender mainstreaming.
- To foster gender inclusive cultures in SMEs.
- Promote online cooperation and blended learning.
- Create customised training methodologies.
