Amuebla promotes the culture of Open Feedback with a collaborative mural during Erasmus Days

The association promotes psychologically safe working environments through the active participation of its team within the framework of the European OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE project.

On 13, 14 and 15 October, the AMUEBLA team carried out an innovative internal activity as part of the OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE project, coinciding with the celebration of Erasmus Days 2025. The initiative featured a collaborative mural, where team members could share ideas, suggestions and proposals for improvement by applying the open feedback techniques learned in the project.

Before launching the activity, a brief training session was held to explain the principles of open feedback and its value as a tool for professional and organisational growth. During the three days that the mural remained active, AMUEBLA staff freely wrote down their thoughts on internal operations, opportunities for improvement and best practices within the organisation.

The activity culminated in a joint feedback session, where the main conclusions were discussed and the team’s contributions were evaluated. This practical exercise helped to strengthen internal communication, encourage active listening and promote positive and constructive feedback, all of which are essential for building healthy working environments.

The OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE project aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge for building psychologically safe work environments, where both employees and managers learn to give and receive feedback in a positive manner, promoting a growth mindset.

Promoting spaces where the exchange of opinions is natural and constructive is essential to ensuring cohesive, motivated and committed teams. With this activity, AMUEBLA reaffirms its commitment to innovation in talent management and aligns itself with the European values of cooperation and continuous learning that define the Erasmus+ programme.
