MASTERY launches its third newsletter

The third edition of the MASTERY newsletter is now available. This issue reviews the fourth project meeting, held in Turku, Finland, where partners made progress in the development of green skills and micro-credentials. The meeting, organised by the Pyhäjärvi Institute, also featured valuable contributions from WinNova and HKFoods Oyj, who shared their experience on the feasibility and practical acceptance of micro-credentials in industry.

This edition presents two key documents resulting from the consortium’s work:

📌 “Soluciones de microcredenciales para impulsar la adecuación de las competencias ecológicas para la industria”, result of the initial research phase of the project. This report identifies the skills and knowledge required in the four sectors involved and establishes the basis for designing micro-credentials that respond to emerging needs and support the green transition.

📌 “Creación conjunta de una metodología para la política de microcredenciales”, A practical guide aimed at stakeholders in the education and business ecosystem. Developed by policy co-creation groups in five European countries, it proposes a governance model and eight shared visions to consolidate micro-credentials as a key tool for lifelong learning and employability.

With these initiatives, MASTERY reinforces its role as a bridge between industry, education and public policy, contributing to the future of reskilling and upskilling in support of Europe’s green and digital transition.
