Following the summer, the FITT-NESS project consortium, of which AMUEBLA is an active member, is resuming its activities with new tools and opportunities to continue supporting businesses in the sector.
Over the past few weeks, the working group has drawn up the “S3 Roadmap and Market Analysis”, a document that identifies challenges, opportunities and possible courses of action to strengthen the competitiveness of the furniture and home furnishings sector.
The roadmap places particular emphasis on those areas that can generate new opportunities for businesses: digitalisation, advanced manufacturing, the circular economy, sustainable materials, smart furniture, the adaptation of spaces, and solutions geared towards active ageing.
It also analyses some of the barriers that still prevent many SMEs from bringing their ideas to market, such as access to funding, the validation of new products, a lack of certain technical capabilities, or the need to establish new partnerships both within and outside the region.
AMUEBLA’s role is precisely to continue connecting businesses with the resources, capabilities, organisations and opportunities that can help them progress along this path. The FITT-NESS roadmap will be a further tool to guide this support and identify potential new avenues for innovation and cooperation within the sector.
We would also like to take this opportunity to share an opportunity that may be of interest to people. The programme has been set up with the aim of supporting the recovery and revival of small businesses, particularly those affected by the DANA of 2024, as well as the self-employed and micro-enterprises in the Valencian Community.
🚀 The Valencia Chamber of Commerce offers the Endavant Programme, as part of the Valencian Regional Government’s Endavant Plan, a 100 per cent free initiative that combines a business assessment, practical training, personalised advice and the development of a bespoke Recovery Plan.
An opportunity to analyse the current situation of each business, identify potential areas for improvement and draw up a roadmap tailored to its needs.
