The next workshop of the European ENDURANCE project will bring together experts, innovators and cluster leaders from across Europe in a dynamic half-day event focused on accelerating sustainable growth, eco-innovation and resilience of SMEs and startups. Entitled ‘Unlock Green Innovation for Clusters’, the event will be held on 11 April 2025 from 9:00-12:00 (CET) at BLOXHUB, Copenhagen. The event will have a hybrid format, with a first part accessible online (from 9:00 to 10:00) and the rest of the activities exclusively face-to-face.
Organised in the framework of the EU-funded ENDURANCE project, this workshop will provide practical tools, proven methodologies and actionable knowledge to foster more sustainable innovation ecosystems and promote effective climate action. The event is aimed at cluster managers, entrepreneurs and policy makers interested in developing useful strategies to lead the green transition.

- Presentation of the ENDURANCE project and the role of clusters in the Green Transition
- Acceleration scenarios for green innovation
- ENDURANCE tools: handbook, cluster surveys and video interviews
- Interactive question and answer session
10:00–10:30 | Start of the workshop (face-to-face)
- Presentation of the programme and objectives of the group work
- Introduction to methodological tools
10:30–11:15 | Group work sessions
Participants will work in small groups using tools such as:
- Mapa del ecosistema
- Herramienta de Mapeo de Valor
- Lienzo del modelo de negocio
Through a case study, it will explore how clusters can improve their support to specific start-ups.
11:15–12:00 | Plenary discussion and closing
- Sharing of results and main conclusions
- Next steps and future activities of the ENDURANCE project
