The European PENELOPE project announces the launch of its fifth newsletter, focusing on the official presentation of its new online training platform. This cutting-edge digital tool has been designed to support clusters, SMEs, and policymakers across the European Union in promoting gender equality in the workplace, moving toward a cross-cutting and integrative approach.
The platform, developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ program and the result of a collaboration between European partners, is now available and accessible to all interested users. Its main features include two distinct learning formats (one for clusters and one for SMEs), personalized training paths, gamified content—with badges, quizzes, and interactive modules—and resources compatible with multiple digital tools. In addition, users will receive a digital certification after completing each module.
With this new tool, PENELOPE reinforces its commitment to improving competitiveness through gender equality and specialized training.
