Improve leadership skills for women facing a ‘double disadvantage’ situation

Expected outcomes

  • To close the gender pay gap between men and women in leadership positions and to contribute to increasing the number of women in those positions.
  • To tackle inclusion helping women that are facing a ‘double disadvantage’ situation: NEETs, unemployed or disabled women, women reintegrating into the labour market, women over 50 years old, young women starting their professional career, etc.
  • To develop a methodology for qualification that can be applied to any professional career that participants wish to undertake.
  • To boost self-confidence, self-awareness and knowledge of women’s employabilitiy, business and leadership opportunities.
