After months of extensive work, the MASTERY project has reached a major achievement in defining the thematic focus of the 12 micro-credentials focusing on green skills. This breakthrough is the result of an in-depth analysis of the SSE framework, the review of key European Commission documents and a thorough research process that included surveys, workshops and interviews with key project stakeholders.
These micro-credentials will be fundamental to the courses that MASTERY will implement, aimed at responding to the current demands of the labour market and the educational needs arising in the context of the green transition. This approach is aligned with the dual transition, both digital and sustainable, which is marking the evolution of the productive sectors.
With this initiative, MASTERY reaffirms its commitment to develop innovative training tools that enhance green skills in key industries such as agri-food, construction, wood and furniture, as well as manufacturing. The project is moving decisively towards its goal of equipping professionals with the necessary skills to lead the transition towards a more inclusive and sustainable economic model.
