New European project to strengthen business leadership through feedback and growth mindset

The European project OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE, an initiative that aims to equip SMEs with the tools and knowledge to build psychologically safe work environments and foster a feedback culture based on the Growth Mindset, has started. Over the next 30 months, the project will develop innovative methodologies to help managers establish effective feedback dynamics that optimise the mental energy of their teams and strengthen organisational resilience.

OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE will provide non-experts with an accessible entry point to the open feedback model, offering them key knowledge and skills to creatively and consciously use the developed tools. The main objectives of the project include:

  • Fostering psychologically safe environments within companies.
  • To train managers and employees in the Growth Mindset.
  • Improving the skills of giving and receiving constructive feedback.

The OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE consortium is composed of reference entities in different sectors, including: Globalnet sp. (Poland), the Portuguese Footwear Technology Centre, Obelisk (Spain), Edit Value, LDA (Portugal), Agrupación Empresarial Innovadora de Fabricantes de Muebles y Afines de la Región de Murcia (Spain).

The project will conclude in the summer of 2026, with the expectation of generating a significant impact on talent management within European SMEs, promoting a culture of open and effective communication that drives innovation and business success.
